Culture and religion deeply influence the foods that Indians eat, therefore snacks and street food emerged as the ultimate relief for the Indian taste buds. Indian street food is more than just chaat, as for some it’s about snacking, while for some, sustenance. But the notion of eating in a street is slowly fading due to the unhygienic environment. Which is why I decided to work on Indian Street Food Restaurant. Moreover there is hardly any place where one gets every delicacy of Indian street food. Whether one is from Punjab or from Chennai they will definitely find something of their taste under one roof. Also people in India are forgetting about the authentic snacks India has, and is getting more inclined towards western junk food. And so for that I wanted to break this notion and bring out the authencity of eating snacks from the diverse culture of India.
