In this project, the aim is to design meeting room furniture for an eco printing company, NetsEco™. The company wishes to see furniture that is versatile able to conduct workshops as well as meetings. The final design can be configured to have different heights as well as length. The design is then brought to a furniture company for prototyping. The end product is a versatile meet room table with multiple configurations for multiple occasions. 

With all designing process, I started off with some basic mind mapping to narrow down on my ideas.

Then comes early thumbnail drawings to explore the ideas floating in my head.

And then comes concept design sketches that were inspired from the thumbnail drawings.

After reviewing the previous concept designs, development from the designs were continued using SketchUp. 

After the design has been finalized, I then proceeded to create a 3D model of the design using Solidworks with the correct measurements.

Additional renderings were made using Keyshot to make it more presentable.

The prototype was built by a third party wood working company. I closely monitored the process to make sure my designs were being translated to the prototype in 1:1 scale. The process starts with making the inner frame of the table and is then completed by attaching plywood panels and lamination.
