The goal of the project was to redesign the brand packaging and logo for an ice-cream company of your choice. I chose to redesign batch ice-cream (batchicecream.com), a locally owned Boston based company, that prides itself in using "real ingredients". The old packaging was very overwhelming to read since there was so much content and not enough hierarchy and it also didn't look as high end/ sophisticated. I wanted to convey the authenticity of the brand through creating a hand lettered logo mark, and elevate the sophistication of the brand by revamping the old packaging whilst still keeping the playful personality that batch has.
