In this series of 3 Monoprints, I have focused on the before, during and after effects of sub-sea oil seepage. This output is intended to be abstract and conveys its own story to the audience.

The first and final prints have been achieved by rolling a plate with ink until the roller rolls dry. This has been done to a varying degree for each print. In the second print an initial direct transfer has been done to get the words (as shown below) then a standard monoprint with talcum powder over the lettering printed over the top in similar fashion to the others.
