For this editorial layout I wanted to inform the audience that quilting doesn’t have to be an elderly hobby, it can be for just about anyone. Pat Pauly is a contemporary quilter located in Rochester, NY and is not your ordinary quilter. She almost never sews in a straight line and rarely uses commercial fabrics. Her quilts are not blankets and most definitely not just a piece of artwork but more of a design in fiber.
