This project was based on the exploration of tie and dye techniques. I chose shibori technique for making table mat. Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that typically involves folding, twisting or bunching cloth and binding it, then dyeing it. Originally this technique is used only in indigo dyes but now we can use any color for exploration. My pattern inspiration is sunflower and color inspiration are pink pearls. Chain stitch is also used for creating the borders interesting.

This project was based on to design a sling bag for a college going girl. This project comes under construction techniques. My inspiration for this project is spider web. I chose monochromatic scheme of black color as i could show it very clearly in tie dye technique.

This giant wheel is my inspiration for the following project; in which the circular shape is taken out as an element. The flower is taken as the color inspiration. The technique used is tie dye and hand embroidery to show the inspiration. The product designed with the help of inspiration is jhola bag.

This project was about to design a single bed sheet for bed room. The pattern inspiration is Black holes which is a region of space time through which no one can escape from inside it including particles as well as light too. Color inspiration is onion which has beautiful combinations of pinks inside it. The technique used is tie and dye with cotton fabric.
