After purchasing the Heidelberg Varimatrix Die-Cutter, Professional Printers wanted to illustrate it's new die-cutting capabilities. The flat size of the piece was designed to fill the maximum 40" wide sheets capable of running on the new Varimatrix. I wanted to not only show the massiveness of the sheet, but the smaller more intricate detail of the die-cutter with the small circle cutout in the rocket ship, which reversed to cut out the "O" in "Countdown". 

The piece folds down for an easy-to-carry promotional item.

The theme is modern "Jetsons": retro, bold solid colors, exciting patterns and shapes, dimensional layers, and of course outer space!
