I created this poster while I was listening to the audiobook version of What Happened (by Hillary Clinton). Highly recommend.
Below is my process and as always, suggestions/crits are 100% welcome.

The second rough sketch of the poster (the first one was a lot worse)
Creating a rough grid/drawing guides for the poster. These grids changed a lot as I worked but they were a good starting point.
Starting to roughly lay out the words, no swashes yet because those tale a lot of time and are much less important than the words
And now we have some swashes....
Colouring attempt 1. I was not a huge fan of this (side note, thats the wonderful book I've been listening to by Hillary Clinton)
Mostly done! Still a few little things to tweak (mostly due to the fact that I changed the margins several times as I worked on different sections)
