Large scale banners - Mr Ang's Resturant
Mr Ang’s restaurant was a new business started by one of my friends in Jakarta who wanted to attract attention with a large-scale banner. He came to me with a rough brief sketch that we discussed and developed some new ideas for. One of the additions was an aesthetic inspired by the video clip ‘One Call Away’ by Charlie Puth and a chalkboard affect.
The six-meter banner needed new photographs to reach the minimum print resolution and different menu items. As a result, I guided ‘Mr Ang’ through the process of how to take studio photos with a homemade light box using his own photography equipment.
The banner displays well on the narrow shop front and attracts many more customers than previously.
