With her own contemporary twist on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, Hannah An, of the famed House of An restaurant dynasty, set out to establish a brand and experience that could extend beyond the restaurant and across other culinary concepts including packaged goods. Phenomenon brought her concept to life developing an authentic brand and experience that paid homage to both her and her family’s dynasty and the country they fled more than 40 years ago.
