Nequi is a Colombian company leading the fintech market, it is an app for you to organice and use your money... a bank in your pocket. My rol is UX researcher and service designer focused on user centered design and usability analyze.It is an agile environment where my day to day work includes wire framing, prototyping, flowcharts and blueprints. I also work with tools like persona profile, user journey map, gamefication, amoung others that allow me to design and analyze experiences in our product and service.
