Road to the Final
The following visualization of data shows the performance of both finalist clubs, Real Madrid and Juventus, and its players. The idea was to provide to our readers an overall panorama previous to the Final Match, which is considered by some, as the world’s most important football match. Basically, it's a matrix which shows which players played on each of the 12 matches but FOCUSSING ON THE PLAYER REPLACEMENT, then, from there, to have a glimpse on how the coaches applied their tactics on the field.

Comparing both teams, a pattern can be found: Real Madrid usually replace players of their same category: forwards replaced forwards, midfielders replaced midfielders, so the blue arcs are smaller that in Juventus, which blue arcs cross categories very often so they are larger
