Memorial Portraiture
The following pieces of art have been traditionally drawn in graphite and then colour tinted on Adobe Photoshop. The images were then printed on Hahnemühle 310gsm erman etching paper and framed in a white box frame. I was very proud of the result and handing them over to their owners was a great moment for me as an artist. The feedback and feeling of success I felt far succeeded the reward for being paid money for an image. I hope to be able to produce more memorials giving people art they will cherish, using my work as a stepping stone to memories of missed ones.
