Honeysuckle Box Set
Honeysuckle is a Boston based indie folk band that is making their mark on the folk scene all over the country. Personally, their music takes me back my summers at my family home in upstate New York surrounded by honey bees and lightning bugs. The lead singer Holly's voice croons dark yet beautiful lyrics that evoke a sense of nostalgia as well as bittersweet heartache. I set out to design a vinyl box set that would accurately represent my interpretation of the band and their music. With wooden accents, soft textured paper, hand drawn illustrations and stamped letters, the set has a human element to it.
