A visual identity campaign on the theme of nature

My first step was to observe an organic plant or animal. I examined a bamboo specimen under a microscope, because one must carefully observe to gain a new perspective on a familiar object at a microscopic scale.  
After observing it, I drew what I had seen and used my depiction of the bamboo to create the logo design. I named the logo “speció,” meaning “observe and watch” in Latin.  
I developed the project further by incorporating a hand-made accordion book that can be used as marketing material. The accordion booklet sits on a desk as decoration. Each of the slides contains an individual letter in “speció” and forms the whole word when you open the accordion on one side.
