In my position as a graphic designer for the Shopping Bag and Advertiser, I designed many ads for a wide variety of local businesses, including Hosmer Nursery. Unfortunately, as the paper has ceased publication, I was largely only able to acquire examples of my work from copies of the paper that I kept over my years as an employee. Fortunately, I did happen upon a PDF of one of my ads on my external hard drive while looking for items to add to my portfolio here. I have also included scans of other ads I have done for the same nursery, which will not be of the same quality, as they were scanned from newsprint.
