PROBLEM: SapientNitro has a great summer internship program, however, there isn't a website or anything dedicated to it.
SOLUTION: The 2016 summer interns made a microsite dedicated to the program that we named "Slingshot". As the UXD intern, I worked with the Visual Design intern and designed it to relate to the parent brand (SapientNitro) with the font, logo and colors. In terms of user experience design, we wanted it to be responsive for mobile as well as web. The layout has a sticky nav on the left to follow you down the page. In addition, the content is in the order of an applicant's process; it begins with the basic information and ends with a link to the application.
