The subject matter in this collage is a representation of movements of human gestures in a given situation. My interpretation of moving individuals is chosen in the form of dancers at a local club. Studies were drawn to capture the swaying and swinging of people as they traveled across the dance floor, and then were applied to this final piece. Since the dancers come and go so capriciously, the translucent india is used to represent them as forms of flowing ghosts among the colorful strobe lights. The paper is represented as a way form location as well as a visual to express the feeling of excitement and energy of this narrative moment.
