These offices were refurbished in 2006 and upgraded to 100%NBS, this was before the governments present earthquake policy existed. The building was originally built for Aerial Mapping NZ. Seismic strengthening consisted of new ground beams, limited ductile concrete cast in-situ walls, diaphragm upgrades. The new work included a rear extension, lift, main stairs, new decks etc.
