By the end of the 29th century all life on the earth is dead save for a handful of the world’s most powerful. In desperation, this collective of aging and dying humans use the last remaining technology to build a time gate. Hoping to change the past in order to alter the course of human development, they create The Gatekeeper.
Humans left the Rift Valley in Africa 67,000 years ago, yet we only have 6,000 years of recorded human history. The story of The Gatekeeper takes us from the unrecorded past to the vast metropolises of the future.
Man has always sought to control nature and The Gatekeeper is about the short-term thinking of mankind; his unabated and self-entitled need for dominance at the expense of the planet, whilst using technology more advanced than his morals.
