On a weekly basis Mundo Media sends out promotions and web deals to their publisher partners. The emailer consists of a welcome message, summary of the week, current publisher promotions and a directory of in-house publishers who assist with the offered deals and upcoming events. Brand colours are used throughout the piece to create cohesion with the emailer is divided into five sections. Each one  includes: a header image and headline, introduction based body copy, a section outlining promotions for the week, contact information for each team member, and the footer containing T&Cs, and various external links.
