This project is very close to my heart as it incorporates so many things I love: children, theatre, events organising, costume and set design, art and craft, music and even a bit of playing my old and mistreated friend, my guitar. Sometimes it's hard to decide what path you want to take when you have a lot of different artistic skills. It's not a plain sail in my case either, but doing something for a community I care about is always a good inspiration and gets things going!

With the support of Hungarian weekend school "Lec-só Műhely" I put on a Nativity Play just before Christmas 2014. 

I came up with the idea and created the script, advertised and marketed the workshops to a niche audience (Hungarian children living in Dublin), facilitated the drama workshops and taught children the songs and little poems. I also designed the set and costumes and with the help of visual artist Magda Toth and the children's parents we created from scratch all the costumes and set! 

The result was an adorable performance that had a great impact on the Hungarian community and their interest in art and culture, and also a sweet memory for keepsake.
