The plot for this project is a three acre woodland site on the outskirts of a village. The client brief consisted of
initial concepts covering both the option of an extension to the existing 4 bed detached property, and also a
new build option. The clients were keen to explore contemporary design styles and had individual requirements for their family and living spaces.

The final design consists of a 10,00sq ft dwelling in a contemporary style, combining dramatic spaces with more intimate family rooms. The elevational materials include large areas of glazing and cedar cladding.
