Activation and Competition

Brief: Create a campaign to boost drive to store & sales at Steve Madden branches across South Africa. Create an emotional connection with brand through recruiting new customers and re-engaging existing ones. We proposed an activation and competion in collaboration with Fiat.

Each store was equipped with front store posters to capture attention and drive the message - supported by social media posts to create awareness, iPads including a co-branded Steve Madden & Fiat home page for data capturing. Once customers made a purchase, they entered their details on the ipad to enter into the main draw. Upon completion of registration the customer recieved a scratch card to reveal an instant spot prize, These were placed at all of the Steve Madden stores in South Africa. Only at the flagship store were entrants directed by staff to claim their “instant” prize by peeling a sticker off the actual prize car. This space was supported by an A grade promoter, branded Backdrop to the Fiat 500, pinth and red rope stanchions for increased branding and effect.
