For as long as I can remember, I have been illustrating comic characters and have continued to do so to this very day. Thoughout my years of study and my 7 years in the design industry, I have learnt a great deal from various packages within the Adobe suite, so much so that I can add entirely new elements to something that I initially drew on a piece of blank paper.
The process is fairly simple. I scan the image in and then duplicate the image in layers so that I can apply my flat colour and different shadows seperately.

This particular image was inspired by a certain graphic novel I read as a kid, Batman: Son of the Demon as well as the current Christopher Nolan Batman film.
