This project was made after watching the Skillshare tutorial (Illusion of Depth : Layer-art in Illustrator by Rich Armstrong). I made regular shapes to learn the process, I ended up with the cave below.

Two days ago, I saw an illustration made by Chantelle Armstrong. She made a beautiful illustration presenting some deer in the forest. She inspired me to push my project further, so I had the vision of drawing little monkey in the jungle.

Here is my final exploration. I'm very happy, it looks way better then expected at the beginning.
