Katto which means 'cut' in Japanese is a quick-stop restaurant that features
a selection on poké, or raw fish salads of Hawaiian origin that are fast gaining popularity as quick yet healthy all-in meals.

The name Katto was chosen as it refers to the cutting of the raw fish into cubes;
a signature of poké. The brand identity shape and forward slash is therefore inspired by both the dish and the name; in colours reminiscent of raw salmon
and tuna. The Katto brand name is rendered in brush script style, emphasising the raw and unprocessed qualities of poké.
Brand identity which lends its shape from the cubed dish and slash detail symbolising the cut action.
