Imaginairy is a band which uses wind instruments in combination to electric music with a set of medieval musical scales to merge futuristic with classical music together. 

Stories is Imaginairy's third album. This collectors edition album contains a brand new packaging design which contains all previous albums (Monster, Life and Stories) in the style of a book. Every single page spread contains a small glimpse for the story which evolves into the illustration created in the background of the text. 

The idea for this packaging design is to create an album case which contains all 3 music albums, while retaining the idea of the base album, which is stories. Stories are told within books, therefore this is where my inspiration came from, the idea where music could be brought to life through books. 

The idea behind my leading illustration for the front cover also comes from the idea of stories being told. These stories began from text on a page, then into the imagination of the artist and then to be told using puppets or actors on screen. The idea of merging both reality and puppets was a fun process which I went through, and overall the outcome is one of my favorite creations I've ever made.
