Eves against tease campaign
There seems to be a bias towards understanding what a woman’s personal space is on the streets in India as well as in many parts of the world. This reflects in the form of street sexual harassment also known as cat-calling, eve-teasing, etc.
The campaign addresses the issue of street sexual harassment and gives one of the possible solutions i.e. confronting the perpetrator rather than ignoring the situation. But this should be done at the appropriate place/time and depending on the situation
A dark background was used to depict the grave topic of eve teasing, while a bright pink color was used for the female character to depict hope and determination to curb this issue. The campaign aims at encouraging women to stand up against eve-teasing rather than ignoring it.
