We are professional carpet and upholstery cleaners. We have been in this business environment for over 15 years now. We have seen many carpets which we have succeeded in cleaning and reviving to give the customer a happy experience. 

People sometimes take short cuts and inevitably secum  to seeking the professional.

One recent customer had tried to clean their own carpets by using a rug doctor hired from the local supermarket. Their results were disappointing to say the least.

They actioned the carpet clean on a Friday, the carpet still was damp on the Monday. In addition to this the carpet was starting to smell.

How did we do this?

On attending site the first thing we had to action was to view the underlay. If the water had penetrated this we would had to replace the underlay which would have been a further inconvenience and cost. Luckily for this customer this was not the case.

To remove the odour we applied a strong odour chemical. This chemical eats odour. Upon application we waited 20 minutes.

A further mist of the chemical was applied and agitated within the carpet.

The actual cleaning chemical was also strong in the ratio to water. 

Our cleaning machine was switched on and also the heater. The heater was at maximum heat to again penetrate the fibres and remove all chemical held within the carpet.

To say the customer was happy is an understatement . In fact she provided us with a video review.
