Bessy inspired me with her "gumption", humor and kindness which are written all over her face. She started modeling at 75 years. She had been a school teacher for many years before she retired a few years ago.
  This painting was first displayed in the Atlanta Artists Center Juried Exhibition August and September 2011entitled Double Vision at the Grandview Gallery and the Carrollton Library.
