At an average of 22 Military Veterans committing suicide daily, I wanted to bring awareness to this problem. Being a Marine Corps Veteran myself, this hits close home. I wanted break down the numbers even further so i broke it down to seconds, minutes and how many commit suicide yearly.
The following ad campaign would be placed as a series in magazine changing from one month to another.
ABOVE: The teaser ad that would start off the series and shows a minimalist approach to get the point across.
I want these ads to show that although some veterans return home from war, not all of them return in the same state they left it. Most veterans may be fighting a war within and they are not alone. There is help out there for them.
