In May 2015 I travelled in Vietnam with a local employee of TRAFFIC. I was given exclusive access to interview the unsung heroes of Vietnam conservation efforts. I wanted to get behind the headlines and meet the people working on the front line of conservation in Vietnam. I found out what motivated them, what their biggest challenges were and what they were doing to overcome them.

The photography documents their work and the animals they protect.

My images have been published by The Guardian, View, Wildlife Photographic and New Scientist.
