Cart page
During brief stint in Jabong I tried to improve and enhance the shopping experience and usability of Jabong's cart and checkout pages. There were different features and elements like bundling, recommendations, status, quantity etc which we wanted to show in the cart page. Gathered requirements from the product managers and conceptualized different options for representing the functionality.
Checkout Pages
Earlier Jabong was following one page checkout, but we did a heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis to gain insight that multiple page checkout is much more efficient and easy to use. User can select from multiple address or choose to fill a new address.
Buy-a-look
In buy-a-look section user can see the full attire with different products. User can choose to buy entire look or to buy individual products displayed in the look.
Quick Pick
Idea was to provide shopping experience as if the customer is roaming in a shopping mall, where he/she can shortlist some of the items in basket, try them out in a trial room and show it to friends/relatives. This way we could delay the buying process and thus increase conversion rates.
