I was given the opportunity to design a welcoming poster for Malaysian Student Association to UWE Frenchay, Bristol a week ago. No specific theme given on the brief, I came up with a little something that incorporates the idea of welcoming new people & Bristol landmark (the suspension bridge). Colour scheme revolves around autumn hues (earthy tone such as 6B533B, 998579, 444228 and etc) to indicate the beginning of the term that usually falls in September, about the right time for autumn season. The fonts being used in the poster is Futura medium & custom font Beverly for watermark on top right corner.
