WiFi Speaker System

This University Industrial Design project was to design a speaker system for the prestigious Audiophile demographic, utilising Apple's AirPlay technology.
My proposal is inspired by classic avionic design, and unlike most modern plastic speaker designs; as this was a briefed as an highly expensive piece, I wanted mine to be solid, substantial, & highly engineered, reminiscent of the valve amplifiers of yesteryear.
Utilising a highly polished aluminium wing and three fuselage-like pods that almost appears to floats over its gloss base, and a minimalistic but aesthetically interesting shape, I've really tried to take my high fidelity speaker system design in new direction.

The speaker system has the option to have a wattage gauge for each audio channel in the centre pod.
