Started with identifying the main factors that are important to a consumer when booking car repair. Through input from many of our customers as well as research of other similar services, we determined that the most important factors when booking service are: price, distance to shop, and reviews. Secondarily are shop amenities (i.e. wifi, loaner car, early dropoff, etc.). From here, moved onto sketching various solutions make these elements filterable.
Tweaked experience to make sure that filtering worked seamlessly on mobile as well.
