was my winning idea in the 'Useless to Useful' Big Green U competition at BBH, and now rolled out as part of our sustainability strategy - we recycle all our tea and coffee waste instead of sending it to landfill. It creates fertiliser and even a hard surfacing material called  Çurface (created by Adam Fairweather).
