Emmi Solutions is a healthcare communications consultant focused on empowering individuals. Their need for additional space led them to the top floor of their building, which the landlord had just begun to demolish for use as a loft office. Seeing the opportunity to brand their new office with their image, Emmi teamed up with Eastlake Studio to create a unique work environment for a company with a noble mission.
Challenges
Quickly establish requirements for the turnkey build-out of a branded space.
Design a loft office solution in a space in the middle of a gut demolition.

Completed DD plans, elevations and outline specifications three weeks after a letter of intent as well as a full set of construction documents prior to lease execution.
As demolition uncovered concealed conditions, we worked closely with thelandlord to trade previously negotiated scope for new opportunities.
