Chabot Space and Science Center is looking for a way to attract more visitors to their Museum. Rack cards to urge current visitors to come back to the museum, and updated website layout for more ways to see the museum.

            Prior to creating print and web deliverables, we accessed the wide range of audience that needed to be reached. The rack cards are designed in a two column grid. On the back it organizes a large quantity of information where hierarchy in the copy informs the visitor what the title of the event is, date when it is happening, cost, and a bio about the event. The colors chosen on each rack card are taken from the event photos themselves. We then designed the website layout which showcases a homepage, events page, visit page, and a get involved page. The layout on each page is simplified and has a clear communication of information because there is not an overload of copy on each page. Each deliverable is designed to encourage new and current visitors to come back to the museum.
