This is school project was inspired by the transition into adolescence.
This part of our life could be hard because its a phase where you can't understand what's going on in your body, you think that nobody can understand you and you feel helpless.

The main character it's a girl. She is celebrating her 13th bithday with a big cake. When she blow out the candles the wind turns into a swirl that wraps her around and elevates her form the ground, this swirl represent the transition into adolescence. As she rises the swirl transform her into a teenager making her hips wider, growing her breast, some pimples appears and, of course, the menstruation (represented by the red dress).
She sees her infant self say goodbye and walk away leaving a buttefly behind her. The butterfly becomes a necklace that she can carry from this day forward to never forget her childhood.
Finally she comes back to the ground and into this new stage of her life.
