The original pill shaped camera direction looked good but did not test well among moms. After reviewing the research, I realized that the product did not offer anything for the child and decided to integrate the camera into a mirror to keep the child entertained while traveling. The redesign tested much better with the target audience and improved the price point they were willing to pay.
