Twisted portraits is an interesting series consisting of deforming models’ faces into unrecognizable abstraction and surreal imagery.  They multiply, stretch, reshape and more. It is an attempt to explore the malleability of identity through the use of flexible digital tools and patterns. By distorting the faces, one can break up parts of himself, vulnerable and hidden behind the exterior facade of his being. All the same, using specific objects and colors in order to embellish the portrait, may somehow reveal all the weird feelings and indulgences of oneself, in a funny and surreal way.
