It's Good to Be You is an interactive journal and application designed to help users build self-confidence.
The journal combines writing therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to combat each factor that leads to low self-confidence. This includes alternating negative for positive thinking, recognizing accomplishments, understanding the correlation between mood and environment, and finding your passion. This is my most personal piece since I was the initial inspiration, having struggled with low self-confidence for most of my life.
The application acts a secondary component for motivation. Users can set alarms to remind them to use their journal and stay positive.
