Napoleon Perdis Masterclass

In July of 2015, Napoleon Perdis made a public and charismatic return to the Myer Melbourne flagship store, before hosting 150 ticket holders in a private masterclass within the store's Mural Hall ballroom space.

To execute this event, I worked closely with the Napoleon Perdis team and multiple internal stakeholders to project manage the event from end to end.

This involved keeping on top of an evolving brief and delivering over and above expectations in the execution of an event that included:
- a public arrival via Bourke Street mall requiring Council permits and significant safety and logistical management, as well as the sourcing of professional skateboarders and casting skateboarding models.
- factoring branding into a mobile arrival moment, where budget did not allow for a full scale backdrop.
- managing an late brief at-counter Q&A with no additional spend available.
- planning, styling and delivering the masterclass. Including staging, av and videography, catering, branding, model casting and individual makeup stations for guests.

The event was incredibly well received, with an incredibly strong reception from guests and feedback from stakeholders was that it was best practice.
