Historic reconstruction of an XVIII century corset
Project made for Accademia Teatro Alla Scala, Milan, Italy (2015).
The paper pattern was drawn to scale from original illustration.
The corset is both machine and handsewn. The eyelets are hand-finished. The boning was cut to fit.
