Rocky View County is a rural county where many of the centralized services urban residents take for granted are unavailable. The key to enjoying a rural life is knowing who provides the services you receive and who to call for repairs or assistance.

 

The internet has made much of this information easier to find, but in an emergency having to google who is contracted to provide your water or electrical can waste precious minutes. To help make this process easier for residents, we designed and distributed an emergency resource guide.

 

The guide still requires residents to take the time to research and fill out the guide for their specific services, but once they’ve gathered the information, a magnet and plastic hook make it easy to story the guide on a fridge or cabinet where it can be quickly retrieved and referenced.
