The Sprinkler Rehabilitation project consisted of replacing an existing CPVC sprinkler system that had been compromised due to improper anti-freeze chemicals.  The new piping was to be run on the interior of the units, and specialized soffits were designed to conceal them.  Project consisted of design, construction documentation, shop drawing review, coordination with sprinkler and mechanical engineers, and construction administration.
