A fivestorey apartment building is to be constructed in Greece. The structure will bebuilt on soft soil in a highly seismic region. This report presents thedetailed design of a third storey beam and a second floor column according to Eurocodes (EC2 and EC8). OASYS GSAwas used for the structural analysis of the building.
