This piece has to do a lot with insecurities. It is not an abstract representation of ones insecurities, but rather the means of hiding them. As anyone knows, insecurities plague everyone. This piece shows different means that I use to hide my imperfections from the public. The lifted corner, and bike tube woven interior represents how one presents themselves, and the idea that we only display what we want people to see.
